The Car Heaven program was launched by the Clean Air Foundation in July 2000 to accelerate the retirement of old, higher-polluting vehicles and to ensure that vehicles are recycled in an environmentally responsible manner.

General Motors of Canada Limited is the exclusive auto manufacturer in this great program. That means if you trade-in your “clunker”* for a new GMC, Pontiac or Buick here at Western, the Clean Air Foundation will arrange for you a $1,000 credit!

*We don’t mean to insult your older vehicle by calling it a clunker. What we mean to say that if you have a 1995 model or older and still on the road, you may be eligible to receive $1,000 towards the purchase of a new GM vehicle. Please contact us or click here for more details.
